Another great shot Rime. Aside from the time, patience and dedication, how do you do these shots? Handheld, monopod, tripod...? Is this the Nikkor AF-S 300mm f2.8?

Thanks alpinevision, yes it's the Nikkor 300mm f2.8. It's a bit heavy but I manage to handhold it for these shots.
